- Proiectul a creat o metodologie pentru organizarea parlamentelor rurale de tineret, menite să devină instrumente de implicare democratică în comunitățile dezavantajate.
- Au fost elaborate un ghid de bune practici pentru cooperarea transnațională și au fost organizate două simulări de parlamente rurale, în România și Danemarca, cu participarea directă a tinerilor.
- Cel puțin 20 de lucrători de tineret și-au îmbunătățit competențele digitale și capacitatea de a mobiliza tinerii din mediul rural, iar peste 20 de tineri au dobândit o atitudine mai activă și mai pozitivă față de democrație și participare civică.
RURAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT Project
The project
This project addresses the needs of the youth in the rural areas, as they constantly need to be more proactive in their communities, they need to be more skilled and gain new competences for better social development. Thus, the project’s objective is to help the young people in the rural area to achieve all these through activities that are meant to add value in their social and professional life. These activities are: creation of a guide on best practices for transnational cooperation for rural youth engagement; creation of an interactive methodology for organizing rural youth parliaments as tools for active engagement of young people, best practice exchange with our partners from abroad, rural youth parliament simulations; a learning, teaching training activity in order to gain new competences: digital, social, etc.
All the activities will be interactive, as they are addressed to young people in the rural areas and also to the expert involved in the project. The purpose of the project is to offer a solid background to youth in the rural area in order to be more involved in their community and to be more willing to implement projects that are addressed to the youngsters.
Purpose
The partners wish to increase the quality and relevant of their activities and projects especially the ones that address young people with fewer opportunities, as well as to create new bonding partnerships and increase their capacity to cooperate with transnational partners in order to permanently have access to new ideas, opinions, tools and digital innovations that can make them more effective in spreading their missions and organizational objectives at local level, regional level as well as international level.
The project addresses two main target groups: a. rural youth from the regions where are located the partners in the projects; b. youth workers from the partner organizations.

Objectives
- Strengthen and enhance the cooperation and networking among 3 European non-governmental organizations active in the field of youth work and creation of the basis for consistent dialogue among them and exchange of good practices in the field of youth.
- Develop and implement innovative practices, methods and instruments in the field of youth that lead to active civic involvement in the community of young people from disadvantaged and rural communities;
- Set-up a functioning method to simulate rural youth parliaments as a method for active involvement of young people in their local communities in 3 different European regions where the partners activate.
- Create an online Guide of practical tools for active involvement of young people in the community life using.
- Identify, recruit and prepare minimum 3 youth workers from the participants to the Rural Youth Parliaments in each local community.

Purpose of the guide: Digital guide incorporating tools for the development of digital competences of young people, for the development of critical thinking, capacity to evaluate, capacity to work with different types of information (media and fake news); capacity to participate in the democratic life: better understand the European values and fundamental rights.

Simulări ale parlamentelor rurale, metodă de implicare a tinerilor în comunitate!
Am dat startul proiectului Erasmus + Parlamentul Rural al Tinerilor. Asociația GAL Napoca Porolissum, împreună cu alți 3 parteneri europeni au demarat proiectul Erasmus + dedicat tinerilor din mediile rurale. Proiectul își propune să implementeze activități dedicate tinerilor, pentru a-i implica activ în comunitățile din care provin, pentru a le crea un spirit civic și democratic dezvoltat și pentru a le facilita accesul la un schimb de bune practici cu tineri europeni.
Proiectul sintetizează interesul Asociație GAL Napoca Porolissum pentru activitățile dedicate tinerilor, aceasta fiind una dintre principalele preocupări ale asociației noastre. Prin activitățile dedicate tinerilor, contribuim la dezvoltarea unei societăți proactive și sustenabile.
Proiectul va reprezenta o modalitate interactivă și inovatoare pentru tinerii din mediul rural, punând accentul pe schimbul de experiență cu alți tineri din 3 țări europene: Finlanda, Franța și Lituania.

Rural Youth Parliament Simulations, a method of involving young people in their community!
We started our Erasmus + project, the Rural Youth Parliament. LAG Napoca Porolissum and their 3 partners from France, Finland and Lithuania have started their Erasmus+ project, dedicated to the young people from the rural areas. The project aims to implement activities for the youth, in order to actively involve them in the life of their communities, to create civic involvement and to facilitate their access to best practices exchange, with other European youngsters.
The project represents one of the main interests of all partners, as they focus most of their activity on the young people. By implementing these activities, the project aims to contribute to a more proactive and sustainable society.

The Napoca Porolissum Local Action Group Association is pleased to invite you to take part in the erasmus+ project launch conference, Rural Youth Parliament, project code 2021—1-RO01-KA220-YOU.
The conference will take place on Wednesday, 27.04.2022, at 10:30, at the Asoitia headquarters in Gilau, str. A, bl. i 1, ap. 1, ground floor (near the local police). The conference will be attended by Adina Mihaela Pășcoiu – president of the Napoca Porolissum Local Action Group Association, Ada Deac – rural development expert and Donatas Verseckas – president of TAVO Europe Association, partner in the project.
The Erasmus + Rural Youth Parliament project is addressed to young people from rural areas, from the territory of the LAG Napoca Porolissum and proposes their involvement in various activities aimed at creating and developing civic spirit, the active involvement of young people in the communities they are part of and the exchange of good practices with young people from other European countries: France, Finland and Lithuania. Moreover, the project proposes a series of innovative activities, such as the simulation of rural parliaments, as an interactive method of involving young people in the community.

Dacă nu am spus deja destul că proiectul Erasmus+ al Parlamentului Rural de Tineret este un real succes, o spune chiar Parlamentul European, pentru că am câștigat premiul național în România și suntem finaliști la Premiul European Charlemagne pentru Tineret!
Ce înseamnă acest lucru?
Înseamnă că suntem invitați la Gala Premiilor Charlemagne, care va avea loc la Aachen, Germania, pe 7 mai.
Înseamnă că Parlamentul Tinerilor din Mediul Rural nu este doar un proiect pasional pentru noi și partenerii noștri, ci o inițiativă și o sursă de inspirație pentru tinerii care vor să își facă auzită vocea în domeniul socio-politic, pentru viitorul comunităților rurale din care fac parte!

Suntem mândri să împărtășim cu voi premiul pe care proiectul nostru l-a primit din partea European Youth Village, în cadrul Galei Tinerilor din Mediul Rural de la Sibiu, România!
Partenerii noștri din România, Asociația GAL Napoca Porolissum, au fost prezenți acolo și au luat acest premiu în numele echipei noastre de proiect și le mulțumim pentru acest efort! Bineînțeles, acesta este un simbol al teamwork-ului și al muncii deosebite făcute de echipa Parlamentului Tinerilor din Mediul Rural.

LAG Napoca Porolissum is a public-private partnership financed through the LEADER program of the National Program for Rural Development. The LAG was founded in 2011 and it has 49 partners (14 localities and 35 from the private sector). Our 17 employees with individual employment contract are involved in different project. The Association has English and French speakers.
In order to develop and implement the two local strategies, LAG Napoca Porolissum underwent a very rigorous analysis of its territory. Thus, the local strategies are highly oriented to local context and its potential. Our LAG uses a ”bottom-up” approach in order to contribute to the socio-economic development of its territory. LAG Napoca Porolissum is working to demonstrate that local development is the key to attract projects, skills, opportunities and networks for community growth.
The main objectives of the LAG are: facilitating the development of agriculture through promoting and organizing short supply chains; processing and marketing of local products; organizing producer groups; getting a balanced and sustainable local development; creation of jobs through promoting social inclusion and reducing poverty and the development of the economy in poor areas.
Tavo Europa is more than just another NGO working on the development of society by making those choices. It is a platform that gathers youth and different kind of experts who work together. We are home for the knowledge-hungry professionals that deeply care about their job, about career development and about youth.
This is a safe place where non-formal education methods meet different environments and miracles really begin to happen. Teachers, trainers, instructors, researchers, activists and youth leaders gather together to make the choice – bring a positive change, while giving floor to youth and helping them advance their major skills. Life is all about making choices, but to help youngsters make the right ones, we provide tools and methods striving to create a stronger link between youth mobility experience and further professional prospects.
Through various projects and different local activities, we are looking for new ways of how educational activities can meet the demand of new generations. In a liquid, constantly changing and evolving environment such as the nowadays age of knowledge that we are living in, it is essential to readjust the teaching-industry relationship, while experimenting with new ways of learning, thus making new great and better choices than ever before.
The mission of Learning for Integration ry is to promote the learning of languages and cultural sensitivity of migrant, immigrant and refugee children and youth in Finland and other Nordic countries in order to facilitate their integration into the new culture and the development of a multicultural society. In addition, our purpose is to support Swedish learning in Finland.
We have a solid background in language teaching and material creation and we would like to use this experience to support our mission to create language awareness through activities such as playgroups for pre-school children, language exchange groups and free language learning material and eLearning possibilities for all ages.
Located in the south of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration in Côtes d’Armor, Plœuc-L’Hermitage is a rural town that works to promote local dynamism and its attractiveness. Plœuc-L’Hermitage hosts 4121 inhabitants. The municipality offer a broad of accessible public services, such as primary schools, middle schools, post agencies and social specialized establishments. In the economical field, Plœuc-l’Hermitage has many agricultural exploitations, but also a commercial and artisanal zone with a varied offer of local businesses. In order to develop the population’s access to leisure and culture, the city disposes of many sports infrastructures and more than 60 associations. The municipality of Ploeuc-L’Hermitage works hard for local dynamism and try to develop its attractiveness, especially directed to the youth. From now on, the priority of the municipality is to develop its actions towards its young population, and especially to involve them in local public life. This is why we joined the Rural Youth Parliament project in order to benefit from tools to support them in their journey as citizens. Therefore the municipality has participated to the Europe for Citizens project ”Small Towns European Debates Network”, which aims to propose workshops to rural citizens to know better their needs. The municipality also has extensive experience of European programs, since it is currently carrying out several projects under the ERASMUS+ programme. The services of the municipality also provide support for ERASMUS+ projects led by associations in based in Ploeuc-L’Hermitage, such as the projects led by the local mountain bike associations and the potato producer association.
